The Eddy Nielsen Trio presents their debut album, consisting of eight original compositions by bassist Eddy Nielsen. Each song refers to events, places and memories from Nielsens personal life. Balancing between lyricism, melancholy and improvisation, the trio offers an original sound with strong influences from other trio's like Bobo Stenson trio, Tord Gustavsen trio and EST. Northern European improvised music with strong Scandinavian influences.
