I'm Arjun, a jazz bassist based in Den Haag (The Hague), performing regularly across Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and other cities in the Netherlands and Europe. I'm a graduate of the Royal Conservatory of The Hague, and I'm part of a new wave of jazz musicians shaping the sound of modern European jazz.I started out in Carnatic music as a kid growing up in Bangalore, India, and that finds its way into how I hear rhythm and melody on the bass today.
