Gabriel Cassaro’s Oficina is a jazz quintet led by Brazilian bassist and composer Gabriel Cassaro. After studying at Souza Lima Music College and the renowned Tom Jobim Music School in São Paulo, he continued his musical journey in Rotterdam at Codarts, focusing on jazz improvisation and performance.

His music strikes a balance between rhythmically intense grooves and refined melodic layers, drawing inspiration from artists like Ben Wendel, Kneebody, and Brian Blade. The band performs original compositions filled with energy, improvisation, and dynamic interplay. Their debut EP A Oficina is set for release in 2025.
